About Us
GrihaSaarthi Private Limited is a real estate advisory and property services company built on decades of
hands-on experience, structured processes, and transparent practices.
The foundation of GrihaSaarthi traces back to 1994, when the family began its real estate practice in Rishikesh under
the name Gupta Properties. Over the years, this practice evolved through consistent local involvement, on-ground
knowledge, and ethical dealing across property transactions.
GrihaSaarthi Private Limited was later incorporated to bring greater structure, accountability, and professionalism
into real estate advisory, brokerage, rentals, property management, and construction-related services. The objective
behind this transition was to move away from informal practices and offer clients a more reliable, process-driven, and
transparent experience.
